Hi, I’m Hélène
I’m a registered acupuncturist with a background in holistic nutrition and community health. Before
pursuing acupuncture, I spent over a decade working in the nonprofit sector, supporting initiatives in
food security and cultural revitalization. My experience in community-based work continues to shape
my approach to care, emphasizing accessibility, education, and the interconnectedness of health
and social well-being.
I graduated from Pacific Rim College in 2024, after completing an extensive 2190-hours of training,
including over 460 hours of clinical practicum. My practice integrates acupuncture, bodywork (qi
gong therapy and acupressure), cupping, moxibustion, and food therapy. My approach is informed
by advanced training in pain science, prenatal care, and ongoing studies in classical Chinese
medicine. I am committed to continually deepening my understanding of both Traditional East Asian
Medicine and contemporary Western practices to provide the highest standard of care.
I have a special interest in mental-emotional, digestive, urogenital, and reproductive health,
providing support through the changes and phases that unfold across different life stages. Whether
you’re managing chronic pain, nervous system dysregulation, or simply looking to feel more at home
in your body, my goal is to provide compassionate, individualized care that meets you where you
are.
I look forward to hearing from you.
“Healing is not about fixing the body. It is about integrating the body into the wholeness of who we
are.” — Tara Brach
